The construction company SIA “Jaunākais Celtniecības” (license No. 4833) was established in 1997. Main areas of activity:

• repair – construction works,
• construction of residential houses,
• construction of commercial objects and buildings.

In 2000, the company started the production of ready-mixed concrete in a personal factory. In 2004, as a result of reorganization, two independent companies were established:

• SIA ”JC”, which is engaged in construction works (Construction Merchant Reg. Certificate No. 0130 – R)
• SIA “JC Betons”, which is engaged in the production of concrete and its delivery.

Professional opportunities, experience and equipment allow SIA “JC” to operate confidently in the Latvian labor market. The company’s turnover in 2004 amounted to LVL 700,000, in 2005 the turnover to LVL 600,000, in 2006 the turnover increased to LVL 1,800,000, but in 2007 it reached LVL 2,700,000. The agreements prepared in 2008 allow us to look to the future with confidence, the forecasted turnover is approximately – 3,500,000 Ls.
